Privacy Notice & Cookie Policy
Explains which personal data we process, why, and for how long, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data we process
Identity (name, company), contact (phone, e-mail), request and order details (window sizes, product choices, district/address, survey and installation dates, payment status), customer reviews and room photos uploaded to the 2K Studio.
2. Purposes
Preparing quotes and site surveys, carrying out orders, production and installation, contacting you, evaluating wholesale/corporate membership applications, publishing reviews with your consent and meeting legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).
3. Legal basis
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation), 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Publishing reviews under your name is based on your explicit consent.
4. Room photos (2K Studio)
Uploaded photos are processed to generate a design and are not permanently stored on our server. Depending on the design engine setting, the photo may be sent to our technology partner icmimar.ai for rendering. If you send a quote request, only the selected product and size details are saved.
5. Sharing
Data is shared only when necessary with our own installation team, carriers and authorised public bodies. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is transmitted via WhatsApp (Meta). We never sell or rent your data.
6. Retention
Quote/survey requests: up to 2 years. Orders and accounting records: as required by Turkish tax and commercial law (10 years). Reviews: while published. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
7. Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only data required for the site to work (your consent choice, swatch bag, admin session) is kept in your browser's local storage. Fonts and styles are served from our own server.
8. Your rights
You may request access, information, correction, deletion, object to processing and claim compensation (KVKK Art. 11). Send requests to the e-mail address above; we reply free of charge within 30 days.
