Sales, Quotation & Return Terms
General terms for custom-size curtain, blind and textile orders. The written quote and order form sent for each order prevail.
1. Quotes and measurement
Prices are given in a written quote based on product, fabric/model and final measurements. Online calculations are for information only.
2. Order and payment
An order is confirmed when the quote is approved and any deposit is paid. Payment by bank transfer or in store; the balance is due at delivery/installation.
3. Production and installation
Production and installation dates are stated on the order form. Installation requires suitable wall/ceiling structure and ready wiring for motorized systems.
4. Right of withdrawal
Goods made to the customer's measurements are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Turkish distance-contract rules (Art. 15/1-ç). Non-custom stock items: 14 days from delivery.
5. Defects and warranty
Your statutory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved. Defects are repaired, replaced or refunded proportionally; motors follow manufacturer warranty.
6. Swatches
Paid swatch fees are deducted from the order total when you order.
7. Member discounts
Discount rates are set by Ardıç Perde; architect/dealer and wholesale discounts apply after approval and may not combine with campaigns.
8. Disputes
Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent.
